We encourage you to make an appointment if at all possible.  Your appointment is a special time just for you and you deserve our full attention.  On the day of your appointment, we ask that you be accompanied by no more than two guests.  Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children.

Please limit perfume and makeup and be sure to wear appropriate foundation garments suitable for trying on evening wear such as a strapless bra and/or body slimmer.  Remember to wear shoes of a height you are likely to wear with your gown.  If you will be incorporating an heirloom or keepsake with your wedding gown such as a headpiece, veil, stole or jewelry, be sure to bring it with you.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance.

In the event that a personal appointment is not possible or convenient, you will love perusing our inventory online.  Please keep in mind that most of what we sell is one-of-a-kind and subject to prior sale.  Also, due to the nature of formal wear and accessories, we do not accept returns.  All sales are final.

We provide measurements for all of our clothing to insure as proper a fit as possible.  Please keep in mind that our measurements are approximate and can be distorted by linings, bulk of fabric and embellishments.  Also, it is rare that a wedding gown or special occasion dress will not require alteration to fit perfectly.  We encourage you to make contact with a seamstress in your area when deciding to purchase on line.  Your seamstress can assist you with accurate measurements of your body and guidance regarding alterations that might be necessary.  It is important that you take accurate measurements of your body or a well fitting garment and compare to the piece you are interested in.  Keep in mind that tagged sizes are not always reliable.  Some of our pieces could have had prior alterations.  Formal wear runs smaller and sizing can vary from one manufacturer to another.  Vintage sizes are not the same as contemporary sizes.
