Vintage Claire's Collection Paris Los Angeles Special Occasion Dress

Vintage Claire’s Collection Paris and Los Angeles. Divine, probably red carpet, evening or pageant dress in rich black velvet embellished with pearls, rhinestones and bronze beads. No size but this one is a small, step into and wiggle pencil dress with back slit, long off shoulder sleeves and ultra dramatic flounce collar. There are a few issues - some rubs in velvet, some broken or missing boning in collar and some loose or missing pearls or beads. However with minor repairs it is definitely wearable or just put it on a mannequin and enjoy looking at it. Measurements are ??? . Top of bodice to bottom hem is 55 inches and back zipper to bottom hem is 54 inches. Drop shoulder sleeves from seam are 21 inches and flounce collar is 6 inches wide.
